Kevin Griffiths is a performance consultant and facilitator of organizational and individual development, change and learning. As managing director of our Australian affiliate, KRG Consultants, he is a busy consultant specializing in working inside organizations and forming long term partnerships with clients on their journey of change and business improvement. His major consulting projects have included: strategic planning and organizational change including Balanced Scorecard and KPI development; facilitation of executive management retreats; design/facilitation Leadership Development programs; coaching/ mentoring executives and managers; creating high performance teams; 360 feedback (KRG tools); climate and culture surveys and performance management design and training.
In addition to consulting, Dr. Griffiths is the creator of a video series, “Creating the High Performance Workplace” and various 360 degree instruments including:

- The Team Leader Index (TLI) and The Art of Learning (R)
- The Index of Leadership Performance (ILP) and nav-i-ga-tor(R)
Impressively qualified, Dr. Griffiths has a doctorate in leadership, organizational development and human resource management. He has worked in the private, public and not-for-profit sectors. Dr. Griffiths’ work experience includes: Internal Consultant for the South Australian government and General Manager of a South Australian organization, National Training Manager for a large consulting firm and Director of his own consulting firm in Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom. His client list is extensive and includes: QantasLink, British Aerospace, Royal and Sun Alliance, Australian department of Defense, Myer-Grace Bros., K-Mart, Santos, SunRice Operations, Mobil Oil, Uncle Toby’s Company and BankSA.
