Dr. Aaron Tong

Dr. Aaron Tong is a facilitator of management and certification training. As Managing Director of TQM Consultants Co Ltd, he is a well-experienced consultant specializing in LEAN management and business process improvement, assisting organizations on their journey to business excellence. His major consulting projects have included: strategic planning, management skill training and design and deployment of improvement strategies. He has worked with clients to implement management systems and strategies for continuous improvement. He is also an American Society for Quality approved Six Sigma Black Belt Trainer, involving in the development of Six Sigma talents.

In addition to consulting, Dr. Tong has been actively involved in the promotion of quality operations and services. He works with various social and professional organizations to improve the awareness of quality in the business environment. He has been the Executive Committee Member of the Hong Kong Quality Management Association, Chairman of the Hong Kong Society for Quality and Vice President of the Hong Kong Association for the Advancement of Science and Technology Limited. He is the Vice Chairman of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers MIE Division and Chairman of the Quality and Productivity Solution Group of the America Hong Kong Electronics Association. He is also an industrial advisor of the City University of Hong Kong and the Six Sigma Society of Hong Kong.
